I got a few sneak peaks from my photographer. more to come tomorrow : )

I’ve hit a boredom-with-all-my-music-phase so I went out on a little hunt for new nice stuff and found a very cute band called Little Joy. They are so sweet I wanna put them all over my pancakes and eat them for breakfast. They’ll make you a little bit happier if you’re feeling the monday morning bluesies. Hope you like the cool retro music video and the tambourine playing girl. I like it very much.

oh and the one guy in the band fabrizio is the drummer from the strokes. can you hear a little bit of strokes influence?

These are my new favorite shoes. I even bought two pairs so they’d last me longer. shameless! : ) They’re awesome because they’re pump-like but they don’t look normal like pumps, they’re comfy, they have nice little tringle detail and I got them on sale. They’re from billabong and they might still have if you go soon! go go go.

We went to a stunning place on the northern coast of Kenya called Kilifi. I know right? Who would’ve thought that Kenya had such amazing beaches! Warm Indian Ocean, white sands, R3 cokes in glass bottles, sunshine and sailing. We have some seriously stunning holiday destinations in Africa and it seems only the British & Europeans know about it. About 90% of the guests at our hotel were Brits! I’d definitely recommend planning a holiday to Kenya, its a beautiful beautiful country!

ooh Zooey D. We all just love her to bits and want to be an ounce as awesome as her! Now you can get a little insight into her everyday inspiration and things she loves, she just started a Tumblr! How cool.  and she’s on twitter too. hello friends! i’m back from honeymoon! married and slightly tanned : ) and officially Emma-Jane Harbour! My heart is just so happy right now I can’t even seem to be able to put it into words. Marriage is the most awesome thing!  My wedding was everything I dreamed it to be and I can’t wait to show you some photos (as soon as I beg my photographer to get us some sneak peaks). I will also do a honeymoon post asap : ) too much excitement*

One thing that i’ve been desperate to show you is our wedding invite video : ) heeeeee! We did a stop motion shot by our lovely photographer Bruce Mardon and art directed by me and dylan. Hope you like it!

our invite came in the form of a little website : ) where people could look at a map, rsvp with a click of their mousey and get our registry info. It was so much fun to put together and its really a nice way of saving a lot on printing. x

Merry Christmas & Happy New Year Everyone.

I love the prospect of a brand new year. Its like buying a brand new journal or sketch pad. So much blank space and time to fill with something great! The old year is then put away like an old but very full scrapbook full of memories and stories and photographs, there’s a lovely sense of satisfaction putting it away filled up and complete.

I am getting married in exactly one week and I have to admit I still can’t believe it. I can’t believe that i’m at this stage of my life, i’m so happy where I am but i’m so terrified that life is going to fly by so fast and i’m going to get old soon.

I know i’m very strange but I have a constant sense of urgency to make the most of each stage of my life. wherever I am. So I want to urge you to set BIG goals for two thousand and eleven. Think big. You’re not going to get this stage of your life again so make the most of it. Make the most of your young and fit body. Travel. Enjoy food. Dance. Phone your grand parents. Life goes too fast not to.

I’m taking a break from blogging til I get back from honeymoon so i’ll see you all when I get back. Can’t wait to show you some lovely photos and stop being so secretive ; ) what do you think about mr harbour & I getting some matching anchor tattoos? I like.
