such an awesome music video – I love the lights

Seeing some of these bands on thursday, so half of this is just getting me ready to sing a long.

We went to Brighton on Sunday and it was mother-flipping hot day so the whole of London decided to go too. It was super busy but a lovely little beach town. awesome victorian pier & fun fair. pebbly beach. fish and chips. seagulls. beach chairs. ice-cream. blue skies. blue sea. nice shops in “The Lanes”.

This is a little series of pictures I did of my little niece while we were on Brighton beach.

Since I arrived in London i’ve been spying out this awesome place, almost everyday on the bus. and finally went there today with my sis. It’s called Byron and their slogan is ‘proper hamburgers’. and it is just the most gorgeous place I think i’ve ever eaten in. I felt like I was in mad men and pretty much snapped away the entire time I was there, so this is a very narrowed down selection of pics (and it’s still photo heavy – sorry). : )

I went to the one on Putney High street but there are ten others around London. You. have. to. try. their. burgers! They are scrumptious!

I was shopping in Primark (pretty much the first day I got here) I love that store! : ) and found this awesome wolfy vest. I tried it on and put it in my basket when I realized that I better get another one for Angie otherwise she’d prob punch me in the wolfeyes if she saw it .. so this one is for you Angie.

Here are a few things i’ve bought here which I think have such pretty packaging. I love the ginger beer and the Jelly beans.

I went to Notting Hill this afternoon. to hummingbird bakery, the museum of brands, packaging & advertising.. and a few other little places on portobello road. It was a little bit rainy, but a lovely inspiring afternoon. I realized how much I just love nostalgic packaging and good branding.

Hello friends, sorry for the lack of posts, been busy doing Londony things : ) shopping at the awesome summer sales and spending time with my family. Here is a really brief photo summary of some of the things i’ve been up to. I will hopefully get around to blogging in more detail! : )

The breakfast club (originally recommended by Lauren) is one of Dylan and my favorite places in London. It’s so awesome! It really is and it’s one of the first things on my list to do when I get there.. and have their amazing pancakes. Here are some of my pics from last time.
