French Cuisse is not your average food blog. It is beautifully styled pieces of food art on a white scalloped plate plus recipes and photos of the ingredients beautifully laid out in perfect symmetry.
I don't know how the owner of this blog has the discipline to make everything look so perfect while cooking. I try do styled food posts of meals and baked goods I think you'll like but the truth is I don't post 90 % of them because they don't look nearly as perfect as this, there's always a bit of spill of sauce or flour.. or perhaps the light doesn't make the food look as good as I know it is.. but this.. this is food perfection.

YOU MAY OR MAY NOT KNOW, BUT A LOT OF THE FOOD PICTURES IN MAGAZINES ARE NOT REAL FOOD. AS YOU SAY, THE LIGHT DOESN'T ALWAYS MAKE IT LOOK AS GOOD AS IT IS; IT ALSO MELTS THE FOOD AND CHANGES ITS CONSISTENCY. I HEAR THEY USE MASHED POTATOES IN ICE CREAM PICS AND WILL USE PAINT AND OTHER "BUILDING MATERIALS" TO CREATE FAKE FOOD TO TAKE PICTURES OF.
