Which colour should we paint our kitchen?

Our kitchen in our new place is quite old and ugly, and unfortunately renovating is not really on the cards for now. We've done a lot to the rest of the house to make it look nice but the kitchen and bathrooms really need some help. Instead of re-doing/re-designing/re-fitting a new kitchen we've decided to just give it a make over with paint kindly sponsored by Plascon. Here are a few pictures of our current kitchen just to give you an idea of what we're working with here!

The countertops have to stay the same, but the rest we can go wild.

I've scoured the internet for inspiration and settled on these three routes now..what do you think I should go for?

White? Mint? or Blue?

I'm going to go get some samples/swatches during lunch to see what Plascon has in these colours and then i'll show you the options and the results. I'm so excited. : )

WHITE FOR SURE AND ACCESSORISE WITH DIFERENT COLOURS ECAH YEAR/SEASON. THE WHITE WILL TONE DOEN THE 'YELLOW' OF THE WOOD SO WELL AND WILL MAKE THE KITCHEN LOOK SO CRISP AND CLEAN!

Also...white cabinets + wood counter tops look so great together, i have that combo in my kitchen and it's warm and lovely

white is always nice for a kitchen - but also not that practical - kitchens are often a place of lots of activty! Personally, i am loving the mint at the moment!

MINT DEFINITELY!!THINK BLUE COULD LOOK OLD VERY QUICKLY AND WHITE IS KINDA PLAIN JANE. PLASCON HAS AN AMAZING COLOUR - CAS DEL MAR, ITS A BIT MINTY, A BIT BLUEY, A BIT GREENY, NOT TOO MUCH OF ANYTHING BUT STILL FUN AND FRESH!

i think mint would look lovely in your space...or at least white with pretty mint accents!

I love Mint but I think White would be a better option with mint touches maybe?

If you have to keep the countertops as they are, i would go with white, then accessorize with mint and/or blue.

Have you any clever ideas on how to paint kitchen cupboards?? i'm desperate to do mine as well and we are also on a tiny budget?? if you could share how you painted yours.. i would love that :) love the mint by the way :)
