Good food on film

I love this photo stream of healthy food on film, it makes eating sugar free and gluten free look good! I’m seriously thinking of re-attempting Whole 30, it seems easy enough. Has anyone tried it?

Watermelon juice, a seemingly obvious invention yet i’ve never made it before! I did have a glass of it at Burnsides a few weeks ago on a hot Sunday and it was wonderful and refreshing!

    I’m doing it for the first time, currently on day 9. I’m always sceptical about diets and clenses and I’ve never actually done one till now, but its going great so far. I’m definitely missing my Rooibos with honey though!

    I love my normal tea with 1 sugar – it’s my morning comfort. I always find it hard to give that up!

    I’ve done the Whole30!! And truth be told, after the first week i never wanted to go back to dairy, sugar or grains! Felt so good afterwards, slimmed down and was over-all such a great mental/physical boost. Hard to sustain though, so now I’ve added back limited amount of dairy, but would definitely recommend it! (And it’s not hard if you put it in perspective, it just requires a little determination) ๐Ÿ˜‰
