Honne

Honne | Lad & Lass

So you may have seen a few sneaky instagrams where i’ve been talking about (and wearing) HONNE. Today I finally get to introduce you to the brand.

HONNE (pronounced Hon) is a brand new bridal label that will change everything you know about wedding dresses. Created by Lisof graduate, Daniella Du Plessis, she aims to bring something fresh, stylish and simplistic to the party.

Using soft and beautiful materials like crushed silk and Valentino fabric, brides are going to be squealing with delight to finally find an alternative for themselves and their bridesmaids.

If you’re looking for something different but still simple and pretty keep a very close eye on this brand. I’ve already seen a few designs from Daniella’s next range and the detail is incredible.

I was honoured to shoot this lovely range about two weeks ago. It was my first time (eek) shooting with so much lighting in a studio set up, but with a lot of learning and experimenting the pictures came out beautifully and captured the exact mood we wanted to achieve.

Thanks to the killer team involved in the shoot (see credits below) and congratulations to Daniella for creating such a beautiful range!
