Whenever we’re out in Stellenbosch, I always look forward to the sunsets.
I know it sounds really cheesy, but they really are SO beautiful and worth waiting for.
The way the sun hits the mountains, late in the day is one of my favourite things about this place.
These pictures are from a trip we did out there back in August. We played around with a new lens of ours (a 24mm tilt shift) in town, and then took a drive out for a better view!
The road to Jordan Wine Estate, and one of the most epic mountain views!
Once the sun drops behind the mountain it gets really chilly, so make sure you have extra layers to put on at night and some reservations at a restaurant with a fireplace.
