the craft of pesto
Once again Tiger in a Jar has made an absolutely delicious short recipe film, this time they made a classic basil pesto. yum! I’ve been wanting to grow my own Basil for a while : ) just so I can go pick a bunch and make my own Pesto. I think I better get on it soon. I’m craaving some fresh pesto and pasta.
Finally
What are you all up to this weekend?
After my Cape Town post yesterday I got a lot of you telling me you are going there for the weekend. I’m quite jealous. I would kill for a hot dog from P&G and a frozen margarita from Panchos. I also kind of wish I was going camping in the forest like the picture above just to chill, swim and read. I am however just grateful to be able to sleep in and not go to gym ; ).
10 restaurants/cafes to try in Cape Town
by Emmajanenation
These are some of the nice spots we’ve really come to like in CT. If you’re making a trip there I recommend trying these 10 places first (and book for them)
Admittedly these last two were places we attempted to try but were either closed or fully booked over December : ( But they come HIGHLY recommended and that’s why they make it on the list.
