Going everywhere Amelie went
I’ve finally managed to organise photos from our Paris trip, thanks to a nice big hardrive for my laptop! So I wanted to share a few of our special days before they get too old. Day 1 : Montmartre, the place where Amelie was filmed. It was a really charming little part of Paris. very quaint and beautiful, I could almost hear the amelie soundtrack as we walked through the streets.. here’s what we saw

1. Sacre Coeur. 2,3,4. the place where Amelie bought her fruits and vegetables 5. The two windmills, the coffee shop where Amelie worked
6,7. some pretty street shots 8. Moulin Rouge which wasn’t that impressive, it must look cooler by night
I speak about Amelie as though she was a real person, cause to me she is : ) I can just imagine that she was hiding in one of the apartments we walked past spying on dylan and I, with our strange accents.. heeehee.
Loverly Audrey Hepburn
Somebody emailed me this today and i think it is just loverly… the following was written by Audrey Hepburn, who was asked to share her beauty tips

-For attractive lips, speak words of kindness
-For lovely eyes, seek out the good in people

-For a slim figure, share your food with the hungry
-For beautiful hair let a child run his or her fingers through it at least one a day
-For poise, walk with the knowledge that you will never walk alone
People, even more than things, have to be restored, never throw anyone out
Remember, if you ever need a helping hand, you’ll find them at the end of each of your arms, As you grow older, you will discover that you have two hands, one for helping yourself and the other for helping others.
The beauty of a woman is not in the clothes she wears, the figure that she carries, or the way she combs her hair. The beauty of a woman must be seen from in her eyes because that is the doorway to her heart, the place where love resides.

- ps. going to see the pre viewing of ‘the time travellers wife’ tonight!! teeeeeehee.. i cant wait!
