Have you ever bitten into something you thought was choc chip and it turned out to be raisins??? what if i told you the opposite thing happened to me.. hahaha…

so even though easter only happens once a year our family tends to buy hot cross buns all year round, 1) because woolworths sells them all year round and 2) because they’re just amazing! toasted with lots of butter… mmmmm… anyway. so my mom bought a bunch of them the other day and froze them.. so one lonely night i dipped into the stash and defrosted one.. and what came out of the microwave was chocolatey goodness.. (see above) it looks like your average hotcross bun but instead of raisins they’re chocchip!
